We give preference to selling environmentally friendly products while accurately grasping customers’ needs on environmental issues in our role as a Technology Driven Trading company.
We also actively pursue energy conservation, resource conservation, and waste reduction, and contribute to efforts to halt global warming.
Main Initiatives
ISO14001
We have acquired ISO14001 environmental management certification.In addition to promoting activities to continually improve global environmental conservation efforts, we also engage in efforts to shift towards a recycling-based society, including adapting to tightening environmental regulations in countries around the world.
Climate change initiatives
Since 2022, the Company has disclosed information in line with the TCFD recommendations and participates in the GX Future Consortium (formerly the TCFD Consortium). Information on our climate change initiatives is available on our website. We will continue to enhance disclosures on related risks, opportunities, and their business impacts. We also respond to CDP questionnaires on an ongoing basis.
Approach to a decarbonized society (SDA)

Our company is continuously taking active steps to tackle environmental problems based on our corporate creed: “Develop Talents, Build Business, Contribute to Society.We view global warming as a shared global issue that has a major impact on the natural environment and society, and we aim to achieve a decarbonized society by reducing the environmental burden and contributing to the environment through sales activities.
Our approach to a decarbonized society (SDA*) aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1 and 2) from our businesses by 20% compared with FY2020 by FY2030.As illustrated in the diagram at left, we aim to achieve an emissions reduction effect of over 100 times our company’s greenhouse gas emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) compared with FY2020 by FY2050 through environmentally friendly product sales.

Chemical management system (green procurement activities)
Our company has established a chemical management system in line with the requirements of ISO9001, ISO14001, and industry standards.In order to enable the preferential sale of environmentally friendly products, our company has established procedures for properly managing harmful chemicals included in the products we procure from suppliers, and we share our company’s requirements for green procurement activities with our suppliers and distributors so that they can comply.
