Organizational chart

The company has established a Health Promotion Committee headed by the President as Chief Officer, with the Director-General of the Administration Headquarters as Implementation Manager for the committee.
The Health Promotion Committee works together with various company departments and health insurance associations to implement initiatives.

  • With the working-age population set to decline in the future, our company views promoting employee health and health maintenance as critical management issues. As such, we invest in health and pursue specific health measures as well.
  • By resolving health issues, we aim to improve personnel’s health literacy, create a workplace environment where employees are healthy and vigorous, and thereby rejuvenate the company and ensure personnel stay with our company.
