Health management initiatives
Certification as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization

Our company has been selected as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization (large enterprise category) by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi.
The Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization certification system recognizes companies that have especially good health management practices in place, looking at both their initiatives addressing local health issues and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi’s initiatives to promote health.

Promotion of work-life balance
We work to promote work-life balance initiatives such as reduced long work hours and more use of paid annual leave to ensure our personnel and their families have enriching lives, with the aim of achieving a company where job satisfaction is high.

AED promotion

We have introduced an automated external defibrillator (AED) promotional campaign inside the company to promote widespread AED installation and sales.We have also worked to increase the number of personnel who know how to handle and instruct others on the use of AED. We provide free AED first aid classes taught by our own company personnel as a way of disseminating knowledge of emergency life-saving techniques using AED.We aim to ensure that as many people as possible know how to use AED, and this is one of our many CSR activities.
Another one of our initiatives is that our company makes donations based on the number of additional AEDs sold.
We will continue to work on this AED promotional campaign in the future in the hopes that we can save as many precious lives as possible.
