* About long-term owner benefits
- “Shareholders who have owned shares for at least two years” are defined as those who have appeared in the shareholder registry with the same shareholder number at least five consecutive times, using the end of March and the end of September as dates of record each year.
- The determination of the ownership period for the purpose of long-term owner benefits will be calculated by counting back from March 31, 2025 (date of record).
- If, between the 1st and 5th listings in the registry, the number of shares owned falls below 100 (1 share unit) or there are any interruptions in the continuity of the record of the same shareholder number’s ownership, the shareholder will not be considered a long-term owner due to failing to meet the continuous ownership requirement.
