Nov 1949: YAMADA KOGYO CORP. founded with 200,000 yen capital, office located in Suda-cho, Kanda, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo

Apr 1958: Fukuoka Branch opened

The Fukuoka Branch Office played a large role in the expansion in western Japan.

1960-1969

Apr 1960: Head office relocated to Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
Aug 1960: Osaka Branch opened
Dec 1961: Capital increased to 20,000,000 yen
Oct 1962: Nagoya Branch opened
Dec 1968: Capital increased to 50,000,000 yen
